Christmas with the Haykus Family

We had a great Christmas with the Haykus Family! Ryan, Kyle, and dad were like little kids again. Ryan and Kyle got marshmallow guns ad dad got the executive marshmallow gun. Ryan was the first one to open up his marshmallow gun! He had lots of fun firing the marshmallows at Kyle! He was laughing so hard he was nearly crying! But not for long! Kyle opened his marshmallow gun shortly afterwards and the war was on! We had a great time spending time with family! We look forward to our Christmas with the Burson Family! Ready and waiting for Santa!

After a nice long week at home, Ryan and I have gotten our Christmas tree up, lights on the house, and house decorated for the Christmas season! We our so excited about spending our first Christmas together as husband and wife and our first Christmas in our new home! We look forward to spending time with our families during the holidays! We are posting pictures of our tree and mantle, and will get pictures of the house up later. I spent a majority of the weekend Christmas shopping, and now I have lots of presents to wrap!! The Smith's Visit!!

This weekend we got to visit with some life long friends of the family. It was so good to see them and visit with them. Callie's little belly is showing more and more, and we can't wait to find out what she is having in December! I was so glad that I got to see her and visit with her since we haven't seen each other since the wedding. She will be back in Midland in February for her baby shower....YAY!!! We wish them safe travels as they head back to Louisiana today.

Tech vs OU

We were glued to the TV lastnight watching the Red Raiders fall to OU. Lex was sadder than Ryan that Tech lost.....hmmmm, imagine that! I still have very high hopes for my Red Raiders and I will continue to follow them! Ryan has high hopes for OSU next week as they take on OU in Stillwater.

New Blogger!!

I was convinced by a coworker that I needed to start a blog page for Ryan and I....Thanks Amber! So now I have started our blog page. We intend to keep everyone informed of what is going on in our world with this blog page, so feel free to come and visit it anytime you want!
